Microsoft office Product Key

Please could someone help me. I originally bought the Office 2011 for Mac and now would like to upload it onto my new Mac. For some reason I Can't find the email confirmation of the product code but when I look at the details for the software it gives me a 23 digit code

The microsoft office website is asking for a 25 digit product key

I promise I'm not trying to do any dodgy copies etc but I don't know what else to do.

Could someone please tell me how I could recover the product KEY which appears to be different to the Product ID

If you bought from Microsoft's website, you can probably log in and retrieve it.

You can google the links if you still have your cd key. Microsoft openly allows direct downloads of their stuff through msdn. Then try the key in there. Mine wouldn't allow for another download off the main ms link.

There are Keyfinder apps that work with earlier versions of Office, but do not work with Office 2011 as the product keys are now encrypted.
