Ages ago for our macbook we bought microsoft office home and student 2007 for our daughter to do her student work on, I've got the disc but it won't load up to the new yosemite any ideas people as i don't want to have to buy it again
If you're talking about office 2007, that's for windows, you'll need to run a copy of Windows either in bootcamp or some virtualization, i.e., vmware to get this to run.
Microsoft has a native OS X version of Office available, Office 2011, and its expected to see an upgrade in Q2 of 2015.
