How do I get in touch with someone from Microsoft Corporate? I can't find a name or email anywhere. I want to vent my anger on someone over the fact that I can't get a free upgrade to Office 08 because I no longer have the box top UPC. Why would I even keep that? Who mails those things anymore? Microsoft truly sucks.

Not to offer solace, but box UPC's from anything are worth gold. They are the only proof of purchase for any kind of offer or rebate, from anyone, anymore. Yeah, I've lost a few to the trash myself...
Im so pissed! Im out of a $500 deal and its stupid because I have the case with the product keys on it, they should be able to verify through that.
