Microsoft One Note Performance with Sonoma?

I was experiencing laggy behavior with One Note in Ventura, researched the issue on Microsoft forums and learned the workaround is to run version 16.41 and not update it (current v. is 16.76). Running v. 16.41 with the Sonoma public beta and it is running well. Is anyone running the current version of one note in Sonoma? Tell us your experiences.

I'm running OneNote 16.78 with Sonoma and it runs great on an Intel MacBook Pro. In fact, it runs better than OneNote 16.77 does on my Mac Studio M1Max under Ventura.
