Hi all,

First post but hoping you can help.

I've recently imported my e-mail from a pst file into outlook for mac from windows and all the mail is there. However, the e-mail attachments aren't accessible/not showing. There is a paperclip next to the sender details though :s

The e-mail file size is inclusive of the files but they don't show when you open the mail.

If however, I forward them onto a colleague they will show on their e-mail and I can open them. Has anyone else suffered from this problem and if so, how did they resolve it?

Fingers crossed somebody can help.

Regards,

Joe

Joe, I've the same problem... did you find a way to resolve the problem, please share. Many thanks

Workaround to see attachments

1) Open the email with the missing attachment and click 'Forward'

2) In the forwarded message window click on 'Options' in the Ribbon bar.

3) Switch-off HTML formatting using the 'Format' switch

You will now be able to see and save the attachments.

Let me know if this works for you guys
