For emails, there's a sender's name e.g. John Smith <johnsmith@macrumors.com>

How do I change the name of the sender that appears in the "sender" column in the email inbox?

I used to be able to find that setting in earlier versions of Microsoft Outlook, but I'm stumped and can't locate it in the current version of Outlook.

Is there a "Full Name" blank that needs to be filled in when you set up each email account, along w/ server/ID/PW info? I use Outlook for Mac (2011), and that version uses the Full Name field as the sender name. Good Luck.

Yes, there probably is, but I don't know how to call up that area of the Preferences in Outlook.

I used to know where to find it in earlier versions of Outlook, but not the latest version.
