On Microsoft Paint there is a tool.. (on the tool bar the bottom 2 boxes) for like overlapping pictures whether there is white around the picture or not.. i dont know if that made sense but i need a mac application that has that tool.. and what is that tool called.. i have pixelmator but i cant seem to get it to work.. can someone please help me

Not sure about what that tool is, but a Mac clone of MSPaint is Paintbrush. You can check to see if it does what you need.
