That is most definitely an iPod. They added the bulbs and slider probably for legal reasons.

You can plug those into anything though. And, Apple isn't the only company to make white in-ear headphones/earbuds.

They're actually leaking the next-generation iPod...the slider is to erase the built-in Etch-a-Sketch screen. (Erasing by shaking wouldn't be good for the hard drive.)
