Microsoft Publisher Hosting

Hi i was wondering is there a way you can takea microsoft publisher document and then host it on some site and post link or image on site so its like a news paper or something

I'm not sure exactly what you are asking, but I'll try to answer...

You could take the publisher file and convert it to a pdf (possibly using CutePDF) and posting the pdf version on a website.
