Microsoft Remote Desktop wont go from finder

Hi guys,

I installed MS office 2011 for mac and with it came remote desktop connection, i moved this to trash but in finder where the remote desktop icon was there is now a very annoying question mark, can anyone help me with removing this??

Are you talking about a question mark in your dock?

To remove icons from the Finder toolbar or sidebar, hold the Command key and drag them off the bar.
