I can't guarantee anything since I haven't used it personally, but they have made a HTML5 version of Sky Drive, so that means it will work on all of your iOS devices through Safari.

Sky Drive works fine on iPhone. I've used the excel function for budgetary purposes.

Well as this new version is HTML5, there's no reason for it not to.
