Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems to me that Microsoft is suggesting to buy a Macbook Pro, along with it's Windows 8 line-up. Check out this picture, the link is http://windows.microsoft.com/it-it/windows/tablets-computers?ocid=APPGA_O_WOL_DIS_FreeDL_PC_Null

Funny...

That isn't a MacBook Pro. You can tell by 1) clicking the image to see a better view of the Acer laptop it is, or 2) by observing the shiny back, which MacBooks do not have.

You confusion isn't necessarily unfounded; after all, many PC laptops today look like MacBooks...

Who really cares?

Microsoft is a software company first. If they get somebody to install Windows 8 on a MacBook Pro over a Dell, they don't lose any money over it.

In fact they probably make more money, as you'd buy a consumer-licensed version at full cost to put on the MBP, vs a deeply discounted license Dell would preinstall.

It's annoying that PC companies are completely copying the MacBook Pro design now. Come up with your own designs!

That's been going on for years now. Nothing Apple can do about it except produce a better user experience. Looks are only skin deep. And imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. OK, that's enough cliches for today :D
