Microsoft to Yahoo: come back, this isn't over!*

I really don't know what M$ are thinking anymore, they have missed the mark so many times over the last few years on hardware, software and business development and they seem to be behind the competition with every respect.

Yahoo! really has balls for rejecting the offer but I am wondering if they are just waiting to see what the industry makes of this merger or Yahoo! for sale option and if there will be any better offers.
