I saw it when you posted it earlier... it did look like iMovie... and it is interesting "someone" took it down!

So you still have no way to prove that it was iMovie, and you have no given reason for them taking it down. You said that they failed before it was taken down, so...? It should be noted that similar effects are widely available in other software programs.
