I was given office 2008 on on a copied disk by a friend and i have been working on it all day using word. I then closed the document i was working on and then i was asked if i wanted to save, however then the options were in a foreign language, something like japanese or chinese or korean. I then selected the one which was highlighted and then it closed, i then tried to re open word later on and i get this message.......
attachment.php

When i click relaunch the same message re appears this happens continuously!!

I think it is trying to telling you to buy your own legitimate copy. ;)

Or, spend your money with Apple and try the trial version of iWork. Or better yet, learn to use LaTeX and dump WYSIWG word processors permanently. Good luck.

It is a violation of the rules of this forum to discuss pirated software.

Actually a mod sorted this out. Its not a violation to talk about it, but to help with the act isn't allowed.

OP, go openoffice short term, you might just stick with it.
