I know most people in this thread don't care, but I just saw the release notes for the newest version of .Net Core (.Net 5.0) and it supports WinARM64. So I'm guessing, MS and Apple are working closely behind the scene to get Windows, as a VM or with bootcamp, ready for Apples ARM Macbooks. I'll guess that as soon as Apple announces their ARM laptop, we'll see them or MS announce a more refined ARM Windows then the one they already demoed last year and a **** ton of Windows apps that will all be ARM. Ex. Visual Studio Code
 
I lost count of Microsoft's failed attempts at ARM: Windows Mobile, Windows Embedded, Windows Phone 7, Windows 10 Mobile, Windows RT, Windows 10 IoT Core... and KIN OS :)
