I have a chance to grab this in very nice condition. It has 4GB ram and 500 gb drive, can it go to 8 gb ram, sad and is battery upgradeable if needed? TIA.
 
You can put up to 6GB into that machine. They can take SSDs. The battery is user replaceable.
