This might sound like a stupid question but I'm pretty stumped on this and thought I should reach out here to see if anyone could shed some light on this for me. I just recently acquired a mid 2007 MacBook Pro off of eBay, seems so far like a great buy at $120. However the seller listed it as a 2.2Ghz machine and when I go to about this Mac it lists the machine as "MacBook Pro (15 inch 2.4 2.2GHz)". Does this mean that my machine has 2 processors? Also where it shows the model shouldn't it list the model year as well?

If you did have two cpu’s They would have to be the same speed

Perhaps it’s a bug with detecting the dual cores?
