I have a mid-2009 macbook pro with a really crappy battery in it. I mean i cant make it through a full movie without it dying on me. I want to replace the battery for it, but im not sure where i should buy the battery from. I definitely wont be spending the 120 bucks that apple wants for a new one. Does anybody have recommendations on where i should buy my battery from? I appreciate the help people. thanks.

Get the exact model number for your computer and look for an OEM battery for your MacBook Pro and do it yourself, Amazon, eBay, places like that. Make sure it is for your MacBook Pro, I can relate to you, had an issue like this with my Mid-2009 haha must have good batteries.

Look on Amazon last I checked they were around $50 for an OEM one :)
