Mid 2009 Macbook pull case off

Hey everyone,

Long time PC user, got a older macbook for a song and works great with SSD and 4gb of ram am on Mavericks to. Anyone I was thinking of pulling the back off if I can (I believe this is a unibody white plastic polycarbonate), to maybe get a can of air in there and put new thermal paste where it's needed.

So can this be done?
