Mid 2009 MBA Backlit Problem

This is my old mid 2009 MBA. (I use 2011 now)

I havent used this guy for a while and pulled it out of the closet.
Turned it on, and what ya know!
Backlit problems!

As you can see, the Tab key, ~ key, and the W key is extremely bright while others are not. BTW this is on full brightness.

I wonder if Apple Care covers this...
I use 2011 model now as I mentioned but I want to use this as a back up.
And this kinda annoys me...

Anyone with Mid 2009 MBA have the same problem?

EDIT: It isnt the camera angle.
Its like this from all angles.
