mid 2009 MBP 15 for 1000$, good deal?

Hey guys, im buying an UMBP 15 from C/L for 1000$, wonder if its a good deal?
Spec:
2.66 ghz c2d
512MB of GDDR3 memory
etc
No scratches or anything, only downside is the warranty expired but he said his mac never had any problem.

You can get the MBP 13" 2010 for $1200 for better specs.

Except that it's a smaller screen. Thats up to you if you want to settle with 13"

That is an okay price, though check eBay for similar MBPs and see if the prices are roughly the same.

And before you give the seller the money, be sure to check the MBP completely, if it starts up, if the battery shows up okay in System Profiler > Power and has not too many cycles on it, maybe even make an Apple Hardware Test.

Or look here for other deals, with warranty and option of Apple Care.

Thats video card memory not the actual ram (4gig), reason i want 15 are the speakers/screen and the 9600gt is probably faster than 320m.

Btw any differences between 2009 and 2010 mbp beside hardware config?

basically no difference besides the hardware and the fact that sound comes out of the MINI DisplayPort. 1000 is cheap, but be careful....it might be "too" cheap, if you catch my drift.
