I have been having intermittent issues with my mid-2010 15" MacBook Pro for quite some time and have tried my best to ignore it until now. I started having issues where the computer would not wake from sleep. I would leave it on my desk at night in clamshell mode, put it to sleep and when I'd attempt to wake it in the morning the fan would spin up, the status light would turn on but nothing would show on the external display or the built-in display. Occasionally I'd see the login window but it was unresponsive. Keyboard and trackpad input didn't do anything. The only way to get access was to hold the power button until it turned off. When it would come back on there was no crash or kernel panic data in the Console application. This issue persisted and would occur maybe twice each month no mater if the computer was connected to power while sleeping, running on battery, connected to an external display, or unplugged from everything.

Recently the problem has been getting worse and I have been seeing kernel panics when waking from sleep. In addition to issues waking from sleep, I have issues when connecting to an external monitor from time to time (today it wouldn't detect the display until I restarted the MBP). Earlier this week it refused to wake from screensaver after I had left it unattended and on for maybe 20 minutes.

I'll attach the two most recent kernel panics that occurred when waking from sleep. Any assistance in figuring out what to do would be greatly appreciated.
