Looks like it has the original GPU (HD 5770 or 5870) with maybe upgraded RAM. Cannot see the drive(s).

As an enthusiast, I'd run it through paces, and upgrade it with spare cards I have sitting around. But there isn't a strong resale market any more.

It's a strong enough machine to still be useful today, and has good upgrade capabilities. It can run Windows and/or Linux in addition to the latest macOS. Not fast enough to impress anyone today, but capably enough.

It can also be used as a server, with good storage capacity. Depends on what you would like to have accessible?
Media, backups etc. If you don't need access to at all times. Shut it down until you need it again, or simply let it sleep.

Definitely still useful. As was stated not much in resale value but great for a server, Linux, media storage etc. If you love to tinker , you can't go wrong.

Don't use it as a server unless you need double-duty as an electric heater
