I have a mid 2010 macbook pro 13", and recently i noticed that when i click on the right side of the trackpad, it seems its not much of a click. It works, its very sensitive, compared to the left portion where the click is as it was always. Nice and deep. I read somewhere about a battery swelling cause such an issue. Anyone experienced something like this?

My biggest problem, is I need to wait until I fly to a destination with a genius bar.... So I am just concerned I am not ruining it by continuing running it.

Anyone?

This happened to me on my 2011 13 MacBook pro. When I took it to the apple store it turns out there was just a piece of dirt or something like underneath it which prevented from clicking all the way. Hope that helps

Thanks George!

So, do you think I would be able to fix it myself by opening the bottom?

As I said, no genius bar within 1000 miles from here..

So do i need to be a genius to fix it?
