Today I noticed that my mid 2010 MBP is not automatically sleeping...

I ran Apple's extended hardware test, along with TechTools Pro 5 from AppleCare disk. Both passed.

Reset the SMC and PRAM.

I'm still not able to auto sleep...

I'm worried

Is there a way to see what exactly is causing my computer to not automatically sleep? Console messages or something?

Try the app PleaseSleep and see if the computer will sleep automatically.

Ok now it sleeps... Don't really want a band-aid fix though. I would feel more comfortable to know that nothing is wrong with my computer...

Interestingly enough, I have a WD external with Smartware. I used it earlier today, but I don't have it plugged in at the moment...
