Mid 2010 MBP Superdive partially working.

My Superdrive only plays DVD movies. Data discs and software discs don't show up. Also they wont eject from OSX (only from the bios loading screen).

It started about installing 5 discs after a reinstall of OSX where i didn't want the Apps from TM.

Anyone else had this?
should I just reinstall OSX?
An should I use TM in the reinstall or not?
