At least I suppose it is a PSU problem.
If idle, it's running fine.

But if you do anything, I get the impression the CPU or HDD activity spike make the thing cycle power and reboot.

I already considered resoldering all, but it's a dual-sided PCB and optically looks just fine.

Any idea of maybe "standard problems"?
