I just had a quick question and was wondering if anyone could help. I'm finding the 4 gigs it came with to be a bit limiting, and wanted to boost it. Apple says it supports up to 16, with each slot supporting 4 gigs. I am finding info elsewhere that is saying it silently supports 8 gigs per slot, for a total of 32. Has anyone here put the full 32 in? Honestly, I suspect 16 would work out fine for me, but the pricing difference is so negligible at this point that I would consider jumping to 32, but I'm worried I'll end up with ram I can't use.

Can anyone help?

It supports up to 32GB. You can find specs on all Apple products, including maximum RAM:

I bought a 2x4GB kit which works great with the stock 2x2GB. Now I have 12GB and I didn't waste the two RAM sticks it already came with. Also, 2x4GB stick kits are pretty much the cheapest/GB. :)
