Mid 2011 iMac white screen help

Last night when I was gaming, my 27 iMac froze with a black screen with vertical stripes. Had to hold the power button to switch it off. When restarting the screen shows the apple and spinning wheel and then suddenly stops all hd activity and the screen turns white/grey. Same happens when I try to boot from recovery partition, AHT finds no faults, resetting pram same thing. Can this be the Amd graphics fault that? Whatever I do, it always go dead with this white/grey screen.

Can anybody give some advise

The Mid 2011 iMac had a recall for faulty graphic chips. You may want to look that up.

I have the same issue,when I come to apple store they tells me it's the graphic card issue and they r gonna fix it for free. It's almost cost 400$ For the graphic card.
