Mid 2012 MBP Speaker problem

When I connect to my tv through HDMI and use the sound playing through HMDI, and also connect my laptop to my speakers, along with the sound plays this horrible almost rattling noise.

It doesn't do this when not connected to anything.

Happened since yesterday..:mad::confused:
