Mid-2014 13" Macbook Pro SSD Upgrade Help

Hi, I have a Mid-2014 13" Macbook Pro (A1502) running MacOS Mojave Ver.10-14.6 on it.
I am planning to upgrade the SSD on this machine with a Sintech NGFF M.2 PCIe SSD Card WITH A CRUCIAL P1 1TB 3D NAND NVMe PCIe M.2 SSD (CT1000P1SSD8).

Where can I find an easy step-by-step guide to assist me in this upgrade.
And, for anyone who has done this before - what precautions do I need to take before, during & after this upgrade ?
