Mid 2014 - 15" rMBP - SSD recommendation?

I decided to just update my drive in my base 15" from 2014.

I watched an OWC video on process and actually looks very doable.

What SSD drive do you recommend for this unit?

Pretty sure the Aura is not a recommended solution, but check to be sure.
