Mid 2018 Macbook Pro Discounts

I don't know if this is typical after a newly released product, but has anyone noticed the discounts on the mid-2018 MBP's? Adorama, B&H, & BestBuy all have appealing offers. I can't imagine Apple releasing a newer version of something they released in July?!?

Indeed, the MFR # MR932LL/A model has $300US discount bringing the price of the 6 core 15" MBP to $2099US.
I do not see the other models of the 6 core on the discount. Sold out maybe?

They have been running these discounts 2017/2018 just before Labor Day and still going. Some very attractive offers when you consider no sales tax outside NY as well. I picked up a 2017 model discounted $700. Its my 2nd laptop from B&H and I still have the first one handed down to the wife.

I noticed this week a few models dropped the discount or lowered the discount from Labor Day. Probably depleting the stock.
