Middle Click on Magic Mouse

I have tried using both Magic Prefs & Better Touch Tool for middle clicking with the Magic Mouse.

However, for these to work, only the middle finger must be clicking the mouse. (i.e. you can't have the left and right fingers resting on the mouse when you click).

This means that each time you do a middle click, you have to lift up the left/right fingers.

Is there any tool that will let you do a middle click without having to lift up the left and right fingers (e.g. so you can still have the left/right fingers resting on the mouse when clicking with the middle finger).

Use MagicPrefs, but instead of using the "One Finger Middle Axis Click" for middle click, try the "Two Finger" or "Three Finger" click. Maybe even set all three options to middle click. It might get you what you want.

The only problem with that is you then have to raise your fingers to make a left click.

Surely, I'm not the only user who likes to rest my three fingers on the mouse?
