Midi device working Snow Leopard not Lion

I'm not getting the IK Multimedia Stealth Pedal to work properly.
It works on my girlfriends Snow Leopard MacBook.

When I first installed it on my computer, it showed up, as a MIDI device but did not transmit data properly.
I fiddeled around a bit and removed some other Midi drivers (digidesign ones), and that made the device transmit data to a host program ( Stealth Pedal MIDI Control Software ) but did not show up as a Midi device for my other programs to use. I still can't make it work, but it is supposed to be compatible to Lion.

I'm thinking, that maybe this digidesign driver, that was making the device not comunicating properly, might have configured my computer in a bad way.
Not sure about this at all, just thinking possibilities.
Is there a way to factory reset the midi configuration on the computer?

OK.

I created a new user on my computer, and from the get go, this device showed up in Audio Midi devices. I did no reinstall or anything.

So on my main user, there's nothing but on my other user it is there.

Does anyone have some idea how I can get the settings/configuration of my other user to my main user?
