I'm running 10.6.2 on a 3.06 GHz iMac 21.5" with Garageband 5.1 (Build 398). I have successfully dragged and dropped Midi files in Garageband on this computer, but I cannot now. I recently installed Perian 1.1.4 and I think it may be the reason that I can no longer import midi arrangements into Garageband.
I've tried the files that had imported successfully, and they are not importing. Below are screenshots of my "Audio Midi Setup"- I don't know what the defaults are, so I'm not sure if there is anything odd.
