MIDI Volume gone after Lion Upgrade??

I upgraded to Lion about 6 months ago and ever since then my MIDI volume has gone down dramatically.

I use Sibelius 6 (a music writing application) to write music, then export the MIDI file to mp3 (so I can chuck the music into iTunes). This worked well in Snow Leopard but on Lion the volume on these files is zero.

The volume is all the way up on the MIDI play back controls as well as iTunes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
