I don't know if I do but I can see each individual color of the pixel (red, green, blue) if I look closely. They're really small but it might just be a "spot" on the screen. Isn't wiping off though :(

How close is "closely enough" to see the colored dots?

It's those damned colored ones that are always the dead ones...or so I hear.
 
Dead pixels are the black static ones. Stuck pixels are coloured. Do you normally clean the keyboard before closing the lid? If specks of dust is on the keyboard it will puncture the screen as the space between the keyboard and display is minimal on the rMBP

Not usually, no. Think it's covered under warranty?
