Last december I bought an iMac 20''...and now the might mouse that came with my iMac is not working.

Is it also in warranty? What I have to do? Just go in an AppleStore?

Thanks.

Yes, Mighty Mouse has one year warranty. Just take it to Apple Store and they'll give you a new one

My worry is how they will know my might mouse is the same that came with my iMac.

If you're going to an Apple retail store, remember to make a free Genius Bar appointment online before you visit the store, otherwise if they're busy, they may turn you away.

You may also need the serial number of the computer. There's nothing on the mouse that would tie it to your computer, so if they need proof that it's still under warranty, you may need your iMac's info.

Is your mouse totally dead?

No, just the scroll. I already cleaned it...but it does not work!

The problem is that after they replace it, you're still stuck with a mighty mouse, the worst mouse on the market.
Yeah, the Mighty Mouse is either loved or hated.

Personally, I've never had any problems with the few I've owned. Some people's environments seem to make it easier for them to gunk the wheel up than others, I guess.
