I need to get some type of pad to use for a mighty mouse. I have a wood desk and I don't want to scratch it up with the mouse. Would a regular old school mouse pad work fine with the mighty mouse or is there some other type of material I should look for that would work better?

Thanks.

The only surface that I've had trouble with the MM is a glossy wood table. None of my optical mouses work on it. Any mouse pad really should work though. If you want something really nice, look at the vaja mouse pad. Real expensive, but it's very nice if you're the type to splurge on such things.

Do you have a link for it? I can't seem to find where to buy it (or what it costs).

I use molten lead as a mousepad for my mighty mouse. It works really well at getting rid of all of my MM problems, by destroying it.
