I bought my Apple Mighty Mouse some 1.6 years ago. The pack contains two +AA Lithium 'Energizer' 1.5V batteries along with Mouse. But I placed only one battery and It ran for around 1 year. Then I replaced it with the second battery and it ran hardly 2-3 months :(

Don't know is this problem with the battery or the mouse. Then after I replaced the second one with a new Duracell alkaline battery of 1.5 V. Same problem... it last for 2-3 months and my mouse is awaiting for new battery now. Whats the problem could be? Why is it eating so much energy after first year???

Yeah, I think it's a problem with the mouse not going to sleep. You're not alone. I have the same issue. Apple knows about this.

Ohh! Then is Apple going to take any action? or shall we exchange it by claiming this problem? :(
