mighty 'squeaky' mouse

I got a Mighty Mouse as a gift and the left click squeaks every time I use it. Anyone else have this problem? should I take it in, or will it go away with use?

I just got one and had a similar squeaking issue; but after a couple of days it's a nice quiet mouse now. Just give it some time, and if it still drives you mad take it in.

Mine only squeaks if I press it on an odd angle, I don't recall if it was particularly squeaky when I bought it.

Mine squeaked really loudly. After reading about it on the web, I turned the mouse over and sort of pried the middle section on the bottom to the left (it looked like it was slightly misaligned). It hasn't squeaked once since I did that a couple weeks ago.
