Migrate Apple Address Book Groups to Entourage

I am having some trouble transferring my mailing groups in the Apple Address Book to Entourage.

Is there a way to migrate them all at once or do I need to follow what this 12 step process (http://www.macosxhints.com/article.php?story=20090625122238141)

Can someone shed some light on this problem?

I haven't tried this myself, but Address Book Exporter is a donationware app that says that it will export Address Book groups as a file that you can then import into various apps, including Entourage.
