Migrate one user account to another on the same machine?

I suspect my user account may be corrupted, and want to migrate my data to another account on the same machine - what's the best way to do this?

Just drag any files you want to move over to the /Users/Shared folder then you can access them from the other account and drag them in.

What data do you have you want to move over?

Mail setup is probably the biggest one.
