Migrating Assistance for PC

I have Migrating Assistance on my Mac, I cannot locate Migrating Assistance for my PC. I need to move files from the PC to my MAC. Can anyone give ma a URL for the migrating assistance for PC ?

there is no PC version of the osx Migration Assistant; you need to move stuff manually.
