So I'm thinking of selling my 2014 13" rmbp because I kind of need a quad core for what I'm doing so I'm thinking of picking up a new 15" rmbp but of course I'll have to migrate everything. Does Time Machine backup all your apps including virtual machines in parallels or will those have to be installed from scratch again? I have a Win8.1 VM and a 64bit Ubuntu which I would really prefer to stay intact if possible.
