So i have decided to move from Apple Mail to Thunderbird on my Mac because frankly i don't find Apple Mail to be a really efficient email application.

However, on researching i found out that there isn't available any direct method to do the same.

Can anyone here help me out to carry out this email migration?

All my email servers are IMAP,because of this all I have to do is sign in to each email account on whatever email program I choose on whatever computer I happen to be using and all the messages and structure download without issues

You should be able to use both email clients simultaneously if you wished to confirm everything "migrated" correctly

On the other hand if you're using POP mail servers I'm not sure how you go about it.

Ps Secure mail certificate keys might pose a migration issue, I've used certificates on windows Thunderbird but not on a Mac Thunderbird, Hopefully that use the keychain like everybody else
