Migrating from Thunderbird to Outlook 365

I been using Thunderbird for a few years now and just recently, I started to use Outlook 365 for my other e-mails and prefer to use Outlook now.

I use my main e-mail on Thunderbird and have everything filtered and sorted, is there an easy way to export my profile and e-mails from Thunderbird and able to import them into Outlook?
