Migrating iPhone and iPad from pc to new mac

Hi guys,
Just got a new mac after life with a PC. Maybe I haven't searched hard enough but I can't find a definitive answer to help me move my itunes and iphone and ipad from the old pc to the mac. I'm trying to do this without installing any 3rd party software. My entire itunes folder has already been saved to an external HD.
